The new Women's VB Coach at Pacific is. . . |
Lead | ||
|
Assistant Coach David Johnson. Devin Scruggs pulled out. Johnson will be head coach on an interim basis which means he could be let go at the end of the
season.

Thanks for letting everyone know, Ron.
BTW, Don DeRosa aside, the proper designation for sports at our school is UOP. I know a few others will disagree, but that's a personal pet peeve that's shared by not a few.

WOW, UOP has really fallen since Dunning left. Is this the 3rd coach since he left?

True dat. But the real work in the demise was done by Jayne Gibson-McHugh, Dunning's in-way-over-her-head successor. She was allowed to drift WAY too
long on her laurels as an Olympian. The guy who came in after her was doing all the right things but left too soon. It's too soon to say anything about
Johnson, though the interim tag is definitely going to hurt him. MY pick wasn't even in the running, probably because she didn't apply....
