Facilities are one part of many that makes-up an individual sport. I thought it would be fun to continue the thought of facilities and look at individual
sports. Note: Club / intramural sports or volunteer groups (cheerleading / dance) will not be discussed. When grading, take into account the past 10-15 years
and just about anything else you may feel is relevant (recruits, coaches, W-L records, Big West apperances, NCAA appearances, partial history etc). Relate the
sport mainly to the Big West. When appropriate relate it on the national level like baseball or Men's Soccer.
UCSB
M. Basketball: (C), Big West Regular Season Champs numerous times is an okay tribute. Having almost all winning seasons
under Bob Williams, even a few 20+ is a decent accomplishment. But UCSB fans quickly look at Women's Basketball and NCAA appearances and are dissapointed
with Men's Basketball. 1/11 years in the NCAAs is killing the program's support.

W. Indoor Track: N/A, I think UCSB just added the sport this year.
M. Swimming: (C), Winning the Big West time & again is okay. But we live right next to the ocean. You would think we should be competing
for national titles at least once every 5-6 years.
W. Swimming: (C), Same thought as Men's Swimming.
M. Volleyball: (C-), There are roughly 30 schools that sponsor Men's Volleyball. We should have a title by now.
W. Volleyball: (D), The only reason why they receive a D and not an F, is because there have been some great girls that have played their
butts off and gotten far. But, thanks to KG, Volleyball has all but dissappeared from Santa Barbara.
