could be a Big West, Long Beach - Hawaii final
some interesting possibilities. all the semi-finals (if Hawaii beats Penn State) would be close to toss-ups.
LB vs. Ohio State in the final. LB has beat every team on their schedule (BYU & USC they beat the 2nd time), except for one, Ohio State. To win a championship at Ohio State would be pretty sweet.
BYU is going to be a major hurdle, BYU has an imposing front-line, and a couple big-time terminators, even if probably not as good serve-receive team as LB or Hawaii
LB vs. Hawaii - would be the 4th match (with none of them in Hawaii and the first one not in LB). Hawaii could win a title beating the EIVA champ (Penn State), the MIVA champ (Ohio State), and the MPSF champ (Long Beach possibly) which would be interesting. Crowd for a Long Beach - Hawaii finale would probably be a little disinterested, although both schools are about the best defensive teams
Hawaii vs. BYU - would also be the 4th meeting this year, again none in Hawaii, and the 2nd one on a neutral court.
9 of the ten 1st team All-American's are from the semi-finalists
the MPSF final between LB & Hawaii had 6 of the 10 first team finalists
