I saw the game on Saturday and I have seen Rider a couple of times on TV this year.
Two words: Jason Thompson.
If you haven't heard his name, he's a 6'11 power forward who is a handful. Chitwood and Miller are going to have a tough time trying to keep him in check. He's averaging 20.0 and 11.5 rebounds a game and was one of three NCAA players to average 20 and 10 last season.
He had 23 and 21 on Saturday (had a double-double at the half) against Siena. But the key stat is that Thompson has yet to foul out this season, so CSUN fans can expect 40 minutes of him. Don't be surprised if he's in the NBA next year.
Should be a good game though - and also means a trip to New Jersey next year.
