No mention of Braswell. But then agian, the Daily News has no idea that there's a D1 university here in the valley.

I really don't see braswell getting the job, I think it is more likely that some national guys don't know who will coach SC next and since braswell just had a good season they are throwing his name out because of the convenience.
But 1 thing that came to mind was, they mentioned the tulsa coach and that the coach had a good image, maybe he was very strict and that is why mark hill left?

i wouldnt be too surprised though. he has been in talks with the pac 10 before now, and certainly with his name splashed around national newspapers and the recognition we got for that run at memphis will HAVE to at least put him in the running.

Floyd as a CSUN assistant is about as likely as Bras getting the USC job.

@stretch IMHO there's no way $C would consider Bras after what happened this past year with the Best Buy incident and some other things in the past. $C needs someone who is basically is about as exciting as an infomercial. They don't need any more drama. And we're good for some really intriguing drama every season.
